  • Yes — for 12 Weeks to Stage Ready you must complete a Competition Prep Consultation with Alex before purchasing. This ensures you’re ready both physically and mentally for the demands of prep. For our lifestyle, wedding, and photoshoot packages, consultations are optional but highly recommended.
